As well as the classic version, made with brown and beet sugar, there is a new, softer version to meet all production needs.

By slightly heating and diluting the fondant sugar with water, different results can be easily obtained, both in the preparation stage and the final glazing. With such simplicity, these products can also be colored by mixing them with waterproof coloring.
