The excellence of Master Martini’s products is a result of the expertise of Unigrà, the company founded in 1972 by Luciano Martini and quickly emerging as a leader in the processing and distribution of edible oils and fats, margarine, and semi-finished goods for the food industry, particularly confectionery.

Over time, production has evolved to create high-quality raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods that can satisfy the demands of the industrial, artisanal, retail, and Ho.Re.Ca. channels.

Our products' quality is determined by three factors.

Safety We develop healthy, safe, and authentic products in line with the requirements of professional artisans and the catering industry that comply with current requirements and laws.

Control We select suppliers, raw materials, and products to ensure safety, hygiene, quality, and GMO-free. We verify supplies and finished products in our in-house laboratory and accredited external laboratories.

Monitoring Through the use of 50 quality indicators, we analyze all business processes, from procurement strategies to the management of non-conforming products. 



Unigrà is a member of the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil. The association advocates for and establishes standards for both the protection and preservation of the cultural heritage of the local population as well as the conversion of tropical forests into palm plantations.
