Hydrall Ante creams have a full, balanced flavor and a smooth, creamy texture, making them perfect for pre-oven fillings. They are easy to use and thermostable, maintaining their properties when baked or frozen.

Hydrall Post creams, on the other hand, are characterized by excellent smoothness and creaminess and a velvety, perfectly spreadable texture, making them perfect for cold filling and decorating.
They are suitable for freshly baked products that can also be frozen.
